ENTRY CONDITIONS

The ‘Game of Chance’2010 Membership Promotion is open to all 2010 / 2011 financial members of the Sydney Aussie
Rules Social Club Limited trading as CLUB SWANS
To be eligible to participate entrants must be 18 years of age or over
To be eligible to participate entrants must be a current 2010 / 2011 financial member of CLUB SWANS
Directors, management, employees and contractors of the Sydney Aussie Rules Social Club trading as CLUB SWANS
are not eligible to participate in the 2010 Membership Promotion
All entrants must be present at CLUB SWANS at the time of the draw to be eligible to win
Members must show their 2010 / 2011 membership card to accept the prize
If the winning docket holder is not present at the draw location within (4) four minutes, then another entry docket will be
drawn and announced. This procedure will continue until an eligible winner is drawn
Members will be able to place dockets in the barrel until 7pm Friday, 1st October 2010’
Entrants must print their name and membership number clearly on each entry docket and place the docket in the barrel
provided

Members can have multiple tickets in the barrel
To be eligible to participate, and to receive an entry docket, entrants must execute any of the following (3) three things
Entrant must renew their CLUB SWANS membership prior to and on Sunday, 26th September
2010, close of business
Entrants are to complete a membership application to become a member of CLUB SWANS before
or on Sunday, 26th September 2010, close of business
Entrants must purchase products at the Bar, TAB, KENO or Bistro of CLUB SWANS with a
minimum value of $3 per finalised transaction during the Club’s trading hours on Monday to Sunday

The 2010 Membership Promotion will commence on Friday, 6th August 2010 at 7.30pm and concludes with the major
draw prize Friday, 1st October at 7.30pm
Barrel draws will total (9) at 7.30pm on the following dates:

The value of the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th and 8th prizes is $500 cash each, totally $4,000
The value of the final and 9th grand prize is $1000 cash and an Apple I-Pad 30gb with wi-fi with an estimated value of
$1000. The estimated total of the 9th and grand prize is $2000
The estimated total value of the ‘2010 Membership Promotion’ is $6,000 and does not exceed the mandatory
regulations of $25,000 abiding by the NSW Office of Liquor, Gaming and Racing Lotteries and Art Unions Act 1901
Prizes are not to be opened or consumed on the Club’s premise.

The decision of the management of the Sydney Aussie Rules Social Club Limited trading as CLUB SWANS are final
and no correspondence will be entered into
The entry barrel will be located in the Kuttabul Bar at CLUB SWANS, and labeled ‘2010 Membership Promotion’
The draw (s) will be conducted at Sydney Aussie Rules Social Club trading as CLUB SWANS, 28 Darlinghurst Road
Kings Cross
The barrel will be emptied of all tickets every Friday evening after each draw and the tickets discarded
Participation in the ‘2010 Members Promotion’ confirms acceptance of the Rules and Conditions governing the ‘Game
of Chance – 2010 Members Promotion’
The promoter of the ‘2010 Membership Promotion’ is the Sydney Aussie Rules Trading Club trading as CLUB SWANS,

The ‘2010 Membership Promotion’ is governed by the laws of the State of New South Wales
